Debstir Laggan Hill doesn't get any easier! Certainly felt better than I did last year and ended up 4 minutes faster. 2nd fastest time for this course (watch time), was 54:57 in '07.

silver birch Wow what a great race. Felt very sluggish going through the first 3k. No wonder i guess , that was one meaty climb up the hill. A few folk reduced to a walk. Got my second wind about 4k and then ran really well after that . Loved the course . Lots of twists and turns and ups and downs. If you like trail running this is the 10k for you. Some beautiful views over to the right around 4k which took the breath away .. Managed to have a peek without tripping over :_) Very well organised and marshalled and a nice wee spread put on at the end . All within the beautiful grounds of Morrison Academy which acted as a very nice setting for the long finish across the grass ... A great way to spend a Sunday Morning. Will def b back next year!
