Foxy i'm told it's a tough course hence consertive prediction.if i can add it to my list of sub 4 marathons i'll be more than happy. Wow went better than expected,my fifth fastest marathon ever on the toughest road course I have ever done. Great bunch of folks there today and Trin was great one person Fetchpoint :)

Yog-Sothoth Tougher course than the Duchy, but I enjoy this one more. A PB is unlikely, but i'll try to get under 3:15. Disaster! Severe abdominal pain at mile 18 crippled me, and I limped to my slowest ever finish. Bah!
