Foxy no idea how this will go as I have never run so far or spent so long on my feet. 2 weeks after the 10 in 10 will mean I'm either in peak conditon or totally worn out - hopefully the former & not the latter sub 9 hours is my dream goal but would be happy with a bronze medal. very happy with my time given injuries etc. fabulous event but too far for a mere marathon runner. Chip time was actually 3.15 faster but they time gun to finish.

Insomniac Finished, but I've never been in so much pain. My hip hurt for the 1st 45k, then everything hurt the rest of the way. I would say never again, but I've already agreed to come back next year to experience the up run!
