AngeM Diss 10k-good organisation I thought. Not a bad course. Flat, rural, quiet, pleasant. I think it's one to do again. Quite pleased with the run time-lowered my target to 49 mins for this one to avoid disappointment. Went off too quick with 6.53 mile, paid for it in the last mile with 7.44 pace, but middle 4 miles were nice, even and was not gasping for breath.
