Gobi Race report from Chiltern Chase Multi terrain 10km, second in 33.27. I was 3mins and 1 second faster than last year on the same course. NICE !!!! 6 mile warm up at around 7mm made start by about a minute. Went off hard and was blowing a bit at 2kms, they were a tough start but this had me third before the single track section. Settled and caught second at 6kms. Kicked on and ran close to 16 for the last 5kms. The chap who won beat me by 17 seconds but got 14 of them in the first km. Did a 4 mile cool down as well. A bit disappointed with total mileage but got to the start a little later than planned due to traffic. Nice :¬)

SarahBoots (Solitude_Fairy) Blimmin hard work. I am sure fairies and trail running do not mix!! Very pleased with the time though, I really did not realise it had such hard and long hills in it. Great organisation and cheers from spectators.

Crisp They reckon you need to add 2 mins to your 10k road time for this one so I'm well pleased!! An absolutely fantastic multi-terrain 10k across some stunning scenery.

Miss Minx Chiltern Chase 10k. Very happy to have achieved the time I did. (Especially considering I didn't get home from work til 1am last night). I didn't feel very comfortable at all until the hill at around 7km. Then I found more rhythm and began to feel happier. Splits: 6.08, 6.21, 6.21, 6.44, 6.11, 5.54, 6.22, 6.07, 5.55, 5.13 (missed 2km marker). Negative split to boot! All good, and a lovely morning out.
