Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Ness Really want to get a pb in this one. Hoping Mr Ness will run with me this time as my pacemaker... :)

UPDATE: Sorry to all those who bet on me. I really enjoyed the race but just didn't pace it right. Blustery weather conditions didn't help either.

nic the fizz Really pleased with this run! Knocked over 3 and a half minutes off the last run. A bit breezy but not as bad as the december race. Tried to sprint finish past the bloke in front, but sadly for me he could sprint even faster!

rhb Consistency sought - 33.04 last month. Forecast is cold, so might be tricky (icy) underfoot.

Erm... felt good and went off at 33 pace, felt really fresh after small lap so pushed on during lap 2 and then held position on lap 3 for 1m40s faster than last time out here. Fairly well paced run, although pace dropped 20s from first big to 2nd big lap - something to work on next time out.

Velociraptor Cold and windy - would have liked sub-40, but was running as hard as I could! Ate the dust of several people I'm normally neck-and-neck with.
