bedlam_g Good fun race lots of stairs, narrow bridges and nettles. Almost missed the start didn't get a warm and took it quite steady at first then worked much harder in the second half will definitely do this one again.

Gokeith pretty good run,started off steady then put in a hard effort around 2km,from then on it was a bit of a solo run-top 3 runners were out of sight for the rest of the race.
