My 50th 10K and a much stronger run tonight than Wednesday finishing 5th overall in a course PB and earning £35 of gift vouchers in the process. Took it easy over first couple of km and slowly picked off runners ahead and surprised that J5A was way behind. Lost a bit of ground in the middle flatter sections but was stronger on the hills and stairs on the way back regaining lost ground. 10 club championship points finishing over 2 mins ahead of J5A as the only other group 1 entrant.

I look forward to read J5A report in the Kirky Herald......I wonder what his excuse will be?! Well done by the way on another good run. I'm off on holiday on Monday so hopefully all the aches/pains flu and hay fever will clear by the time I get back.
