About this parkrun
2 and a 1/4 laps on flat tarmac and twisty woodland trail. The tarmac is an old runway, very exposed, then the trail passes through the old banked racing circuit. Can be muddy in the woods. Nearby Tesco is good for parking and cafeGroundhog 9th Jan 2019
2 laps, about 50% hard tarmac/concrete runway, and 50% slippery muddy trail. A shoe conundrum. Pretty flat and you cross the famous banking.

2 lapper, mainly on tarmac but a bit on paths through the woods. Very exposed to the wind! Pretty flat and could be fast given the right conditions. Car park is opposite Tescos and you can park there as well

2 and a bit lapper, almost pancake flat. Has a pinch point on second lap with faster runners meeting slower runners as you head for the woods otherwise free flowing and fast.

All on tarmac, 2 ish laps. On the old airfield so some history to read up on too. Near Tesco for cafe and loos.

Some in a shaded forest twice with some loopy bits on tarmac. good place to get a Pb

Flat two lapper on tarmac, albeit broken in places. Start on the old runway, then onto the old racetrack before running through the woods to do it all again!

2 lapper largely on tarmac with a bit through woods. Not sure the fetch route is correct - maybe it changed! Got a pb this morning - it is a fast course especially if not a windy day.

Totally flat, all tarmac. Wouldn’t wanna be leading through the twisty bit! Super easy parking. Nice. Comes out long on my Garmin but that’s due to the twists but don’t be fooled like me.
