Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

bedlam_g ** update PB - But oh so close to sub 60. Very tough conditions 10 miles into the wind. Unexpected prize for being part of 2nd Male team :) Mile splits - 5.53 5.49 6.05 6.00 5.54 5.55 5.59 6.07 6.09 5.57 0.12 **

Will get a sub 60 if I recover well from Eddie's Half. Club championship race now, so expect 50 odd purple clad Bellas on route.

ClaireT My only aim for today was to come home with a new 10 mile PB, which I did by over 1 min, so it's happy days. Paced myself to run at 6.24-6.30/mile for a 1.04.00 - 1.05.00 time, so the plan worked, only just, though of course I would like to have run a few minutes faster! Nice course and good conditions apart from the wind. 8th lady and 1st ladies team.
