funkin One of my favourite races. Really looking forward to this one. * Slowly returning from torn calf muscle injury - I've got four weeks to get some good training in. **UPDATE** that was hard work. I managed to beat last years time by 10 seconds so am very pleased with that, especially with the lack of focussed training over recent weeks.

Zehnderboy First attempt at this race, been told it is quite speedy. Smashing day - PB, great event well organised, well supported, thanks to those on fetch for their support.

Cormorant A good, friendly and well-organized event, pretty near home for me and further evidence for the 'You don't need to train for a 10K - or at all really' theory. It felt pretty hot out there - special thanks to the bloke with the garden hose at about 7 or 8K and the world's poshest DJ who interviewed us at the finish.

gray A flat track, sunshine and a sea breeze made this a pleasant day. Highlights were running with the most implausible Dalek I've ever seen and an Elvis lookalike who wasn't dressing up.....it couldn't be could it.... Well organised and fun with a surprising amount of support. Apologies for our monosyllabic interview with 'Smashie' (the radio Bognor 10k/Rotary DJ) at the end....
