Dickie York 1st of the days double. Tough race with Trooper Hill at about 3 miles, some hard decents as well and a great river crossing to finish.
Felt very hard on the day but quicker than last year! Slipped over on the cobble descent at around 6 miles, hurt like hell but carried on!
Great race as usual.

buzby123 I suppose same for everybody but two bottlenecks at the start lost me a couple of minutes and a trip over a tree root set pulled hamstring off at about 2 miles and had to stop for a couple of minutes. Moving time on Garmin shows 1:49 but actual race time just wasn't quite within predicted. A tough old race but very enjoyable.

Amanda68 Was helping a friend round her first 10M race - time way off my usual effort. Great satisfaction in getting them round though :)
