Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

jolguk Very, very slow, but was running with friends rather than chasing a PB. Great fun. Course a bit undulating, and this year both warm and windy. I like it, though, especially running down by the sea. Nice medal, and decent goody bag, helpfully containing plasters, as I fell over whilst avoiding cobblestones.

Lakes Hoping for 1st sub 2 hour half. Let's hope that it's not 30c + temperature like it was last year.

YES! My first sub 2 hour half. Hoping for a slightly quicker time when they have sorted out the chip timing.

RG Postie (RGP) Had a great 4 days in Blackpool with Mrs.RGP,but the race being the lowest point of the whole time for me,the race started well and was making fairly good time,it was quite warm without no real breeze,at the 10 mile turning point,I turned to go one way and my knee decided it wanted to go the other, the result was a painful twisted knee so the last 3mile I walked, hobbled and limped, very disappointed with the result, especially when I was on for a possible sub 1:45.
