Andy 1 shoe Money so gutted! my first DNF in over 400 races,lost my shoe in the water jump,tried to find it for 10 mins with 500 runners jumping on me!! i was 5th counter at the time!! oh well bring on the next race!!!

Boots If the course is identical to the 2007 race, I'd hope to be about this time. Obviously with cross country it is almost impossible to predict what the terrain is going to be like, but I'd image its going to be pretty muddy with the weather we've had this week. A top 35 finish would be good.
