Andy 1 shoe Money new comeback pb and v40 pb, not a fast course with a few tsting climbs so ive got to be pleased with that!!

pudding monster the start has been moved back so about 30s extra for the extra distance. felt good before the race and very strong on the first lap. second lap hurt. overall pleased with my run.
