curlygirly very windy in places and quite undulating (I wont say hilly!) loved it and will def do this one again. 3rd female was a bonus I never expected!

timbo53 Poor preparation meant that the dream target of sub 65 looked doubtful. Very pleased to be inside 70 minutes. Great support from Simon as the paceman - got to have been worth at least 2 minutes. Struggled in the last 2 km (well to be honest in the first 2km, and the next 2km, in fact it was all tough!), but kept it together. Now the guys tell me I need 3 runs in the same calendar year so have to do it all again in 2014!
