Martian Dashes Apart from some gusty periods the conditions were perfect. A challenging course. A very worthwhile race. PLENTY of water/sports drink/sponge stations. Cakes, drinks, fruit and a live band at the end. Results posted up sharp at HQ.

Kevski Great race. Paced it consistently at around 7 minute miles until the dreaded hills at 9 miles. Really pleased with the time.

B Planned to use this as a long run. Haven't done any sort of mileage since FLM /destroyed achilles - so would've been pleased to go the distance. Certainly felt the lack of miles, but was pretty satisfied with my time.

Mr Hiles Lovely scenic run, although ground was baked hard under foot. Good marshalling and well organised water stations. Brass band and cakes at the finish were both very welcome. Unofficial time, still waiting for results to appear.
