Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

The Outlaw Two lap course - steep hill at start, then downhill finish on each lap. Hamstring still sore at start, but ran first lap OK (1K @3:40). Soreness increased as lap progressed, and at start of second lap it pulled sharply and I had to stop. I walked and jogged painfully around the final lap and finished in an irrelevant time. 192nd/216, 20th V50. Very frustrating.

Mr BooBoo La Boy Poor start - lots of slower runners at front, woman fell over, etc. Went up hill first time too quick - couldn't take full advantage of the long down hill - plus lumpy pavements and kerbs meant I didn't feel confident to go flat out. good(ish) second lap, but should have been quicker overall particularly if I'd planned better. Happy to have a new PB though!
