Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Thank you. I was nervous to go run again, worrying I might fall again but made myself get out there and parkrun. Walk ran with a ratio of 2.00/0.30. Time was nothing to write home about, still in with the last few stragglers, but my fastest parkrun since 2014.

I had three or four "feel good" run walks in a row then my last one was "feel sore arches and tops of feet", which is annoying. Anyone else ever get that?

Pleased to report two joyous run 1 walk 1 outings since my hurty feet run. Just 2 miles each but good for the soul

I always keep my laces quite loose, unless I'm doing a muddy trail thing then they'll definitely be done more securely.

Do you always untie your laces @mulbs as forcing your feet in and out of your trainers can cause problems to your feet.

I do always untie my laces! Too many years of being a good girl!
