I have a first edition one

Its a gamers wet dream - The hub software from wattbike is shite, the seat may not work for you but as a training gadget it is the bollox

I have done 220 hours on mine in the last 3 months

They're a lot of brass. I'm not racing anymore, so it would just be fitness. Is it worth it.

I'm a bit tight, and there do seem to be cheaper options out there.

Hello Zwifty types. As some of you may know, I had a bit of an accident on my bike Tuesday and have broke my left radius and ulna so unsurprisingly have been told I shouldn't be cycling on the roads for a liitle while.

I still have miles I need to get in for a challenge for charity so I am considering getting a turbo trainer to join Zwift until I'm allowed out again.

My question is does anybody run Zwift on their phone (I have a Galaxy S9 edge) and is it worth it on the smaller platform?

TIA.
G.

and I can run it on my iphone - it's obviously better on a bigger screen but no issues and still well worthwhile.

Nice bloggage and impressive numbers!

No issues with graphics or performance on the S8?

I use a dumb trainer and have used phone but prefer laptop.
With a dumb trainer at a constant resistance you can just use gears and cadence to change how much wattage you put out.

It does require a power meter though, so can see the attraction of a smart trainer to get everything in one package.
For me I want power on the road as well as Zwift do use Stages power crank and swap it around bikes.
