Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Yes 3, 1 was done with 20 mins tempo before and after, other two were done in a single session with 30 mins tempo between. Done at training pace though, not balls out. Balls out not needed and probably detrimental at this time of year.

So, I thought I’d sign up for one of the twelve days of Zwiftmas rides tomorrow. Then I saw someone in the list that I am convinced is my recent ex-boss... he’s generally a nice guy, and I know he rides, but it feels kind of weird knowing we might be on a virtual group ride together... :-O

You could change your name if you don’t want him to know?

I saw someone with the same initial and surname as my exH. Thankfully it was a woman and not him!

I gave up using bluetooth to connect and invested in a Ant+ dongle and USB lead. A much more reliable connection.

I considered one a while ago but just bought a regular BT HRM in the end.

It's the only way I can get the wattbikes at my gym to talk to the Zwift iphone app.

We went the other way and had the Wattbikes’ firmware updated to do BT as well. Not had a problem connecting my iPad, though I do occasionally struggle a bit with the HRM.
