Did the 'club 10' this eve and managed to ride at 20min power minus 1W so got the effort about right.
A certain Dr Hutch steamed by 5w/kg to put pay to any notions of adequacy I may have had

It was the Young Lad's birthday yesterday and he wants to go MTB tomorrow. So it’s totally weather dependent but I suspect we’ll be biking outside. I’m still hoping to meet you guys for a join up one of these days.

I did an hour at 0700 as it is the managements birthday and we are off to the peak district to ride the Monsal Trail

Nice an Happy Birthday to the management. I'm working away next Tues so no session for me.
Well we made it up the Volcano and down the other side this morning!

Thanks for the ride, motivated me to chop 1m 45s off my time on the volcano KOM.
I don't know if I can run anything in the background with Zwift going as I have to use my phone to run it so anything I used would be transmitting constantly and I'm not sure you want to listen to the intermittent conversations I have with the 17 month old as she gets brought in, lol.
Will find a solution soon though.
