Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

"alll by my seeeeelllllffff, don't wanna be...."

Grid had technical issues so had to drop off. Had a good ride round Yorkshire last night so just a gentle peddle solo round London was probably best tbh

Sorry Nat, had an all day tatt yesterday and the terror baby gave us an unexpected lie in so I didn't wake up in time.

Hey, can I ask a question? I'm trying to set up Zwift, as the nights will start to draw in soon and curtail my evening, outside rides. I only have a manual turbo trainer. I've got a Garmin cadence sensor, and I think Zwift on my Android phone can communicate with it.

Do I need any other sensors to use Zwift?

Hi Scott. When I started on Zwift I had to buy a new speed sensor and cadence sensor because my old ones only did Ant+ and I needed Bluetooth to connect with my iPad. I also bought a 2-channel HRM so it also communicates via Bluetooth.

When you set up manually you’ll get given a list of turbo-trainers to choose from and also the settings you have to put them on to get the most realistic estimated power.

Sorry I missed your ride again Nat. Totally forgot about it until I saw you’d finished on ZC.
