The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Was aiming to do fordy fordy five minutes, but did about 35 in the end. still, I did swim this morning too. Legs felt sore at first (whinged to Stoxy that they hurt on the way past), decided to cut the run short (not least because it was meant to be a recce of our trail race and getting v dark by the time I cut off at the 2 mile mark - didn't fancy another 5 miles off road in the dark with sore legs). Then ran up huge hill (all the way!) and a weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee downhill back to the leisure centre. My Garmin was on strike and wouldn't get a satellite signal, but probably 4 miles, maybe a bit more. Are there any photos of me?
