DoYogaWithMe has some good videos, and 30 day challenges. Quite a lot of their content is free, but you need a subscription to access all of it.

Nellers
Mrs Nellers has been recommended to do yoga by her consultant as she's got a foot injury which has lead to her doing little exercise for a while and has a bit of a balance issue (cause unknown but I suspect it's about not moving much).

We've just done a 20 minute beginners with Adrienne session together. I'm not huge on Yoga but I suspect that if Mrs N needs a bit of company I'll be doing it more regularly for a while.

So...I have a question:

My partner has persuaded me to join her for a yoga session on saturday morning. I have never ever been to yoga before so I am a bit nervous about it. But I will give it my all.
I am also due to go for a run tomorrow morning.
Would it be ok to run straight after a yoga session, or should I leave it?

I'm not a very frequent yogi but I would say you would be fine - it's like a warm up!
Mind you there is also a chance that the end of class cool down relaxing bit may chill you so much you fall asleep then don't want to run anyway!

Assume you will be OK to run and see how you feel

You should be fine. Do you know what kind of yoga it is? Some is more strenuous than others.

I think that it is fairly gentle.

I am hoping that it should get me loosened up and ready for a run. I really don't know what to expect to be honest!

Enjoy Andrew S. It should leave you quite relaxed afterwards and looser for running. Let us know how it goes. :)

Good to discover this thread. I find Adriene a bit much but quite enjoyed Kassandra - thanks for the recommendation Garfield. I mainly do Body Balance (yoga influenced!) but have done various videos over the years. I used to love Rodney Yee and while injured did injury yoga videos with Kim Saha, Move with James and Caroline Jordan.
