A 56ish mile week of running, walking and climbing has wiped them out. Plus Saturday's training session. When I got up this morning neither moved from their beds.

Hopefully the trainer will think Wanda is now ready for it.. it's relaxed isolation that is going to be the make or break one for us I think.....
