This time I managed to pick him up but then couldn’t get away as she was jumping up all over me. Also didn’t really want to just let her run loose as no sign of owners. They eventually came out of a garden nearby and although I was too upset to say much I did say it was the second time she’s gone for him and it’s not ok. He just looks so small when that kind of thing happens. Some dog owners suck.
