I'm delighted to read your post Roberto! I know it hasn't always been easy (puppyhood and canine adolescence isn't, is it) but clearly you've got a great compnion there now!

Stupid woman in the woods this morning. Had her 2 dogs off lead. Arlo sees them, stops walking and is really reluctant. The 2 dogs are getting further from their owner. I take arlo off the path into the woods to give them a wide birth. (Off lead). They sprint into the woods and at him.
They chase him several hundred yards back into the road with him yelping the whole way.
I'm sprinting after him, he comes back to me, seems fine. But the woman goes past us, doesn't apologise, just mumbles something, and still doesn't put her dogs on lead, the bigger one then comes right up to me and arlo going mad in my arms.
Realised they were the dogs that chased him several times when he was younger, so she clearly hasn't learnt anything.
Glad I left arlo off lead, as if he had been on, I genuinely think they would have attacked him as he wouldn't have been able to get away.

Glad you got Arlo back safely. Hope he is okay.
At the weekend we had just put Finn on the lead as we were about to leave the park only for a very large Dalmatian mix dog come charging at Finn and had him squealing on the ground. Owner walks past saying sorry he does that to some dogs. Luckily Finn has thick skin and was fine, I was more shaken up that him I think.

Seems allright, bumped into a couple of walkers with 4 spaniels between them so he had a good play and seemed to relax. Been asleep since we got home.
He was foaming when he got back to me, so was clearly terrified, but the main thing was he was always trying to get back to me and didn't just keep running.

UC 'does that with some dogs' as if that makes it OK.
Irritates me so much when owners are so ignorant.

The owner just continued walking past and also did nothing to get her dog off Finn, luckily her dog lost interest and went after it’s owner.

Glad both dogs are OK. It can be really traumatising for them. Ernie can be a bit reactive with some dogs (I think other intact males) which is exactly why he is put on lead as soon as there are any other dogs around. Until I know he is not going to be a dick he stays on the lead.

Some dog owners are just thoughtless. My favourite is when they have one dog on lead and one off
