Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Glad to hear the dogs all sorted it out together - they generally do (but over anxious humans don't always get that.) Hope Cooper can find a way of channelling his energy into something more interesting than the bullying!

Good old Flossie taking the sensible elder stateswoman role!!!

Good to hear about all the doggies! Mine had a panic attack at my son's house when crackers were pulled; I had no idea he was going to be that scared of the bang!

Tussock hates Xmas crackers too; almost as much as stopping on his favourite walk for his dad to take his photo ;-)

Haha, Tussock’s face says it all!
I’m glad the Daisy household dogs sorted themselves out. Charlie’s “cousin” has been visiting over Christmas. They get along fine by totally ignoring each other.

my stupid dog is quite happy to pull a cracker with me! but he's frightened of so many other things - including the ironing board!

Rory didn’t like the crackers either. But he’s not afraid of gunshots outside. Weirdo.

We’ve just got home. He’s sooo tired. In the nicest possible way, I hope it takes him a few days to get over it! :-)

No crackers this year - but Jess REALLY didn't like them last year when .B. and K came to dinner - she slunk off and wouldn't be persuaded down from the top of the stairs.

She's generally fine with huge noises outside too - although increasingly unsure about fireworks.
