I'm also getting a thorough trashing but I'm not going to run till I'm sure this sore throat/mild cold is not going anywhere southwards. I'm doing a little strength maintenance (squats, v light weights, chinups) and practising my double-unders but I'm not getting any squares beyond walking to work and back. I probably won't even hold them.
