Well done, SF67! I'm always amazed at the dedication of the winners of the multiplayer. I tried to look at your training, but you have it set to private. Can you share with us how far you walked, ran and cycled in the week and how many hours you committed to this?

I got absolutely tonked by SF when he was in the semi final so I’m guessing it was quite a long way for the final!

Thanks Synge.
I had to up my game against Arif so I am lucky I don't have anything else to do other than work lol.
I ran 72.7 miles which accounted for 12 Hour 25 Minutes and walked 81.9 miles which accounted for 20 Hours 42 Minutes. I don't have a bike, which is probably a good job......

So, ignoring faffing around to go for a run and faffing around after a run, that's at least 33 hours or nearly 5 hours a day every day! I think that's about the going rate to win this thing.

Is StellaFella the first one to win without using a bike? Or have other people done that?

Barring a big effort by my opponent this morning looks like I will record my 3rd win in a row and re-enter the top 10
Given that my bike is off the road, I dont walk much and still building up my miles post injury, this surprises me.
I suspect that I will be rewarded with a game against one of the big guns and a heavy loss.
I have been thinking though and I think my WSW days me be numbered as I am finding it quite tough to be running the same routes all the time and really need to vary the scenery a bit

Similar here, if I’m able to run more than 5k, the best routes are way off grid - I take regular breaks.
Well done last week, Stella Fella, 5 result without cycling!
