Loved them in a different way maybe.
Mrs Jigs, you’ve been very busy rest days are important too. Much more than training. Possibly.

I think you need a rest day ferret, you seem to have spent a lot of time running, walking and cycling today, put your feet up tomorrow

Currently on 0-0 Tomorrow I’m cycling to work and pottering home.
Meetings have ruined plans so far
I’ve also become sensitive to nettles
Last week my knee was sore for 24 hrs (lots of stinging) and yesterday I got stung once on the ankle one lunchtime walk but it hurt for 10+ hrs
Oh and I bought new shoes!
So new shoes and nettle avoidance means road running for now!

Shame about the nettles. Good news about the shoes.
Drell has got me beaten this week. I’ve been enjoying getting out for my morning runs though.

EP, there's only one cure for nettle stings and that is dock leaves, otherwise the stinging does go on for up to 24 hours, or more. I have been known to run with a couple of leaves tucked in somewhere "just in case".

I adopt the ignore approach, works best for me.

It appears that the 400 metre track used by Ely Runners crosses the boundary of two squares.
Just saying

Found out when I fell of my bike into a bed of nettles the other year with no dock leaves anywhere.
