Oranj will probably knock me out of the top 20 this week. A lot of you have fairly upped your games in the past few weeks and I'm suffering as a result.

Newbie questions- do you get update notifications when your opponent registers their exercise? Are there any bonuses available? I've heard about the 4 corners bonus- do you have to get all 4 in the same exercise session for it to count? Thanks
