I’d made that decision. To not do dating sites any more and just see what happened. Then I got bored in lockdown and found myself looking on Bumble. Which turned out to be a good thing as the only person who was potentially interesting has been my BF ever since.

I got stood up. Something went wrong at school.
But she called me to apologise and we had a little video chat and we seemed quite compatible (I hadn't realised but she's a local Councillor and I actually voted for her!) - either way she seems a lot of fun and wants to go to gigs and things.
Meanwhile there's another woman I'm messaging and getting on with who is, frankly, ridiculously out-of-my-league gorgeous. So once we meet that will last like ten seconds before she just wants to be friends... but it's fun for now.
Also... I just got a message from the woman I had a date with the other week but who had reacted quite extremely when I wasn't available for a bit, and is now very apologetic and wants to try again. We have a load in common, and we had a great time, but I'm understandably wary. I've told her I'm not interested for now.

Sounds good! Even having a gig buddy is a good thing, that's one thing I missed when I was single, someone to do the cinema, theatre or other events. BF likes gigs but I'm not into it quite as much, I turned down one last week for a band I didn't know which woould have been standing and crowded!

Dave, just go with the flow! As long as you are clear to all of them that you are dating, so they don't think they are your "gf" before their time, or not.
