7:55 which is slow(ish) for me, I think.
Mini cheddars and a mint club. (Could have had crisps. Or popcorn)
And l learnt something which I hadn’t considered before about the baby tag which I get because I haven’t had a certain disease (she said the virus lingers in your body a bit like herpes, so I guess it can pass to babies if they get it in blood). Anyway, the thing I hadn’t thought about is, one day I might catch the disease (very mild, just like a cold) and then I won’t get the baby tag any more

While everyone who gives blood is rightly applauded, I'm always amazed when I see donation credits of 60s and 70s. Just the fact that you've managed to stay consistently in good health without too many issues impacting donations.
That deserves a medal in itself
