I've never notice significant tiredness post donation, fortunately. Except for attempt at any kind of running or training effort next day or two sometimes. :-) G

Went today, but the carer missed the vein with the needle so no donation 😢. However the positive is that I can finish the bottle of rhubarb fizz I started at the weekend

I'm at my plasma donation session waiting to get called to donor checks and the guy next to me has just helped himself to a handful of packets of biscuits and he hasn't even donated yet! 😲

Surely that's poor form?

Went to donate and was told that I can’t because I now have a heart condition (super ventricular tachycardia). I’m gutted. The nurse said that I may be able to donate again once I’ve had treatment which should be some time this year. Fingers crossed 🤞
