Fragile Do Not Bend
I have one on Monday, providing it doesn’t get cancelled. When I booked it, I was a bit disappointed there would be no hot drinks due to the session being in a Mormon church, but I see nobody is getting hot drinks right now

No 57 today. I needed to have my iron checked with the meter, scraped through with the minimum eligible reading. It’s been a long time since I last needed it to be double checked, I wonder if my long run this morning had an effect?
They put a NEO tag on my donation so presumably it’s destined for neonatal. The nurse was especially delighted that I was O Neg, you’d think she’d never come across anyone with that blood group. I can’t really claim any credit.for it.

O neg is universal is that right? I'm O pos so only half as useful!
The first time I failed was a couple days after my longest ultra. Nurse said almost certainly down to destroyed blood cells from endurance running. I also taken iron supplements now for a week before giving because of my rubbish diet. I was 144 this time which is decent. G
