I'm supose to run 12 miles today. I'm also doing a Parkrun tomorrow morning. The Parkrun will be a Club GP event so I want to do well but I know I won't get a PB. I could run the 12 at Long Run pace or go for a 2 hour ish ( about 35 miles) bike ride after work. Its a great day for either. What should I do ?

Why are you supposed to do 12 miles today SoaPM, what's your next target race? Biking knacks my legs so wouldn't help with a decent parkrun the next day for me. 12 mile run nice n slow would be fine though.
Lovely day for a cycle or long run, so I think, as Cilla would say, the choice is yours. :-)G

decide how important tomorrow is then make today's choice.
Lovely day here too. But a rest day scheduled - and need fresh legs to chase Jess N around the Inverness Park Run tomorow morning. But really tempted by a bike ride tonight............
