She hated me and didn't support my change agenda. During her interview she talked about what a changed team it is now, how we collaborate and enjoy each other's talents, what a happy mood there is. I nearly welled up, it's been such a struggle to get to this point. And she aced the interview so I can promote her. I was worried she'd interview badly.
