[Ah, I hadn’t considered that. Oh well, a lesson learned for next time if I’ve got plenty of time before posting day]

[Eynsham - they seem to have a lot of offers, all through Black Friday, the catch is choosing the right one.]

A phone call from nephew (10:7) who really wants to get his mum a special Christmas present but needs help. He was asking for me and Granny to chip in.

Asked to show ID when collecting a parcel today, I pulled out my paper driving licence. The lad on the till commented that he had no idea what it was!! (This also made me feel quite old 🤦‍♀️).

Actually was last night but still making me smile thinking about it.

After our Santa Run we hung around, still in costume, to see the parade and were admiring the Christmas lights in the park, when a wee toot ran up to MaltDrinker and started excitedly telling him about all the things he had seen in the parade, clearly thinking MD was the real deal! MD rolled with it and the dad thanked him before they headed off ☺️
