I led a club run group for the first time since March. A steady 5.5 miles in an hour. It was fun and nearly like a normal club run.

There is a Tory MP called Sir David Amess.
Surely he deserves a seat in the cabinet.

I booked an event that has a very good chance of being my 100th Marathon. I'll be on 95 by the end of this month, assuming Eastbourne isn't in lockdown, and the event I booked is a timed run by the Thames near Reading on 28th March 2021 - also the closest date to my 55th birthday.

Nicola saying we are ok to go on holiday with the family next week. We have had to book another apartment as not allowed to all stay in the big villa we had booked but still means our daughter, son-in-law and grandson will get a very much needed break.

Yes, we were away for her dad’s 60th as they can’t go to Tenerife. Over and above the holiday to NY they missed out on and the loss of jobs and personal heartbreak they suffered they really needed this.
