Lockdown has brought with it a number of challenges one of which has been long days working from home and technology burnout! I have made use of lockdown to get out in the fresh air for a walk every day as rehab for my knee and even completed C25K but still only "running" occasionally. I hope to get back in here more often to share some smiles
