I have to think about breath/breathe for quite some time - usually i have to google it! And to be fair, they're not exactly words most people will write very often.

Without wishing to tread on the toes of the Pedant thread, I'll add: the incorrect use of fewer/less

OK, now i'm on a roll... the inappropriate use of a question mark in headings, which seems to be more and more common these days e.g. "How to fill in the form?" That's a statement, not a question.

The enunciation of presenters on the BBC, specifically this morning pronouncing the word twenty with 2 Ns rather than 2 Ts.

The way Carol Kirkwood pronounces 'land' - it comes out as 'lind' - Englind, Scotlind, Irelind...
