entertainment venues charging a £2.50 'delivery and transition costs' for tickets that will be emailed. And that's on top of a £3.75 booking fee (also an automated process), a £2.50 venue levy, and a £1.50 processing fee (automated), all per ticket.

EE.com telling me that "Because you're a great customer, you can upgrade early". And it turns out that, being such a great customer, this early upgrade will only cost me £44. Hate to think what it would be if I was a bad customer.
