Said paper trail also costs a small fortune in postage and large envelopes as pension companies don't seem to like spending their fees on postage-paid return stationery.

This makes opening the car slow and awkward. Then he's arranging his food and drink before checking his phone and responding to messages. All this while I'm parked right behind him. I eventually went to another pump and had pumped £50's worth before he finally drove off.
