Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Communal boxes of Thornton's toffee. In particular, the way the chunks stick together and can't be separated, so you have to take a lump that weighs about 1kg, and once you've wrestled the first piece off with your teeth it looks untidy, and next thing you know it's all gone, and you go back to the box, but there's nothing in it but more sputnik-like lumps.

I don't do the National Lottery but their equivalent, "that's the 954th time that ball's been drawn, the last time being 17 weeks ago."

Today, it's NatWest online banking. First, it made me reset my details even though what I had already entered was correct, now the system has crashed and I can't get back in. Mickey Mouse bank!
