I’ve never liked Halloween in any shape or form, even when a child.

The thing I don’t understand at all is the enthusiasm for Christmas markets and other such events selling tat at inflated prices.

[I’m old enough that when I was young Halloween was nothing at all. We maybe had to write a ghost story at school or cut out some silhouettes of witches, but that was it.]
