[It's a top that's wider at the bottom than at the top, ER. Like a bell, or a maternity garment. There seems to be a trend for tops of that design with tails like dress shirts and a window cut out of the back. Haven't seen many blokes in them so far.]

[I can see the attraction of running in something wafty and holey on a warm day, but seeing people running in these garments is going to take a bit of getting used to. I still haven't got to grips with the appeal of skorts.]
