I dropped an open and almost full punnet of blueberries on the kitchen floor. It's only a minor disaster because I didn't tread on any of them.

All the standing forward folds in this morning's yoga have made me feel really rather unwell.

Raemondo that sounds very much like the effect some yoga moves like that have on me :-( I think my inner-ear balance gets disrupted. Hope you feel ok now xx

Didn't buy enough light bulbs. When I got another and fitted it, it was too high power for the fitting. Can't return it as packaging trashed, so it'll be a spare, LEDs last forever though.

I did feel better after a few hours, though I'm still very much in the 'recovering from a really nasty virus' phase, which may also have contributed to the feeling awful during yoga thing.
I'll have to restart the 30 days with Adrienne when I'm further along.

Walking the dog, she sees a cat across the road and makes a lunge for it. She's a Golden Retriever, so quite strong. The road is busy and it's all I can do to stay on my feet! My language was quite 'golden' too ;-)
