richmac Jan 2023 6:02pm, 6 Jan 2023 20,473 posts	0 richmac Didn't buy enough light bulbs. When I got another and fitted it, it was too high power for the fitting. Can't return it as packaging trashed, so it'll be a spare, LEDs last forever though.

I did feel better after a few hours, though I'm still very much in the 'recovering from a really nasty virus' phase, which may also have contributed to the feeling awful during yoga thing. I'll have to restart the 30 days with Adrienne when I'm further along.
stilldreaming Jan 2023 9:59am, 7 Jan 2023 1,103 posts	0 stilldreaming Walking the dog, she sees a cat across the road and makes a lunge for it. She's a Golden Retriever, so quite strong. The road is busy and it's all I can do to stay on my feet! My language was quite 'golden' too
