Some people with coeliac disease react to gluten in things even if they don't eat them. (Discovered by doing a bit of online eye rolling at a deodorant described as 'gluten free' until someone pointed this out to me). |

Isn't it? In summary, people with coeliac disease can't get glutened from deodorant unless their armpits are full of open sores.

It would, I suppose, be possible to have an allergic reaction to gluten via skin contact.

Although some foods do cause allergic reactions on skin contact, if that were the concern it would be more useful to know that the deodorant was free from nuts, tomatoes or strawberries than gluten.
